Larry Ross, 27, and Duane Chisholm, 52, both of Cleveland: Trial postponed while Ross gets a psychiatric evaluation, after he tried to escape the courtroom Monday. Deputies subdued him. He and Duane Chisholm are charged with aggravated robbery.

Denver Pruitt, 30, of Cleveland: Trial begins Monday on charges of aggravated robbery, kidnapping, felonious assault and having a gun after a felony conviction. Pruitt and co-defendant, Eugene Nelson, 34, of Cleveland, are accused of robbing a 56-year-old man July 22 then shooting him in the side. Pruitt also robbed and shot at three other men and struck a 47-year-old man with the gun.
